ERA for MDA 5K

On Saturday, May 3rd join ERA Webb Associates as they sponsor the ERA for MDA 5K which will raise funds for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

This race takes place in Downtown Augusta, Maine and the course is a fast and flat race along the beautiful rail trail along the Kennebec River. There will be awards for the top overall male and female runner as well as awards for winners within various age categories. Finishing times will be published in the Kennebec Journal.

The race starts bright and early at 8AM so once done running you can enjoy all that Downtown Augusta has to offer. To register, please click here to print out a race application.

Kittery Fire Association 5K Run and Walk

ImageSign up today for the 8th Annual Kittery Fire Association 5K Run and Walk. The race takes place along the waterfront in beautiful coastal Kittery, Maine. All proceeds from the race benefit the Kittery Fire Association.

The first 200 registrants will receive a tee-shirt and the post-race festivities will include raffles, awards and refreshments. The 5K race course is USTAF certified and given that it is along one of the most beautiful waterfronts in New England you definitely will not want to miss this race.

Register for the Leavitt Cross Country Father’s Day 5K

Registration is now open for the Leavitt Cross Country Father’s Day 5K. This trail run takes place in Turner, Maine and the race has sponsored Running for Cailin this year so you definitely should show them some love and register for their race if you are in the area on race day.

The race is taking place on Sunday, June 15, 2014 at 9:00 AM. Kids’ fun run is at 8:15 a.m. The race fees are $15 if you pre-register and $10 for those 10 and under if you pre-register. It is $20 (and $15 for those 10 and under) on race day. The kids’ fun run for kids 10 and under is free (don’t register them on Active so you don’t pay any fee for them). The race is at Leavitt High School, 21 Matthews Way, Turner, Maine. The race is a central Maine woods trail and field 5k on Father’s Day morning to help raise funds for the Leavitt cross country team. Walkers are also welcome. Same timing system as for official high school races. Race begins behind high school by track and football field off Lower Street in Turner.
