I am a runner who has realized the joy of running.

Based out of Bridgewater, Massachusetts, it is my hope that this journal of my running experiences and features about the running community helps to inspire you to get out and pound the pavement, perhaps embrace a healthier lifestyle or even join me at the starting line of a road race you have seen featured here on the site. After all, the running community is one of the most supportive circle of friends around so let’s support one another in our running journeys!

I am a nine time marathon finisher (Boston [2], Buffalo [2], New York City, Hartford, Marine Corps, Cleveland and Providence [virtual]), have run several half-marathons and countless other races of a variety of distances.
